Frequently asked questions

I'm not receiving notifications

• Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → LaundryRadar.
• Check that "Notifications" is turned on in the App's Settings tab.
• No notifications are sent during your Quiet Hours (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM by default).
• Alerts are only sent while a watch session is running ("Start Watching").

Weather isn't showing

Please check your network connection and try again in a few minutes.

I want to delete my data completely

Use Settings → "Delete All Data" in the App to remove your data from both the device and our servers.
